Individual Coaching

You Get:

1. 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions via telephone or zoom.
2. Access to the HopeWork Curriculum. This will give you daily action items, guidance and guardrails to hang on to as you intentionally put one foot in front of the other in your healing.
3. Unlimited email access in between sessions.
4. Access to the private Facebook group for all betrayal trauma clients.

Payment Options:

Prepayment: monthly payments made on the 1st of the month. $340 a month. ($85 per session.)

Pay As You Go: Payment is due prior to a single session.

$100 per session

**Sliding scale available for those who financially qualify.

Group Couching

You Get:

1. 60-minute guided group coaching sessions.
2. 4-6 other women on this same journey as you are.
3. Access to the HopeWork Curriculum. This will give you daily action items, guidance and guardrails to hang on to as you intentionally put one foot in front of the other in your healing.
4. Unlimited email access in between sessions.
5. Access to the private Facebook group for all betrayal trauma clients.

Payment Option:

Prepayment: monthly payments are due by the 1st of every month from each participant in the group.

$125 a month, per individual.
